These terms apply to digital products purchased from this MVL online store unless a product listing or separately accepted licence states otherwise.
Seller
The seller is Martijn van Lith, ABN 38 755 104 881, using the MVL business/publication brands displayed on the store.

Digital supply
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are supplied electronically and no physical item is shipped. The product page identifies the digital files, access or edition included in the purchase.
Educational scope
MVL publications provide general educational and practical property information. They do not replace legal, medical, psychological, engineering, building, fire-safety, work-health-and-safety, laboratory, environmental-health, insurance, tenancy, regulatory or specialist-remediation advice.
A publication, checklist, form, training exercise or record tool does not by itself determine that a property is safe, unsafe, compliant, contaminated, remediated, cleared or suitable for occupation.
Permitted use — individual purchases
Unless the listing expressly provides different rights, an individual purchase is licensed for the purchaser's own personal/reference use or individual professional reference use.
The purchaser may retain the supplied files for that permitted use and may print selected pages for their own authorised use where practical.
The purchaser must not, unless expressly licensed:
• resell or redistribute the publication or source files;
• upload paid files to a public or shared repository;
• sublicense or provide account/download access to other people;
• remove copyright notices;
• represent MVL content as their own publication;
• use the files as an organisation-wide library, LMS or training package;
• use the purchase as evidence of professional accreditation, certification, competency, licence or authority.
Professional Pack / team / institutional use
Professional Pack, team and institutional rights apply only as expressly stated in the relevant listing or licence. A higher purchase price does not automatically create organisation-wide rights.
Customer-created records
Where a resource includes fillable records or templates, the customer is responsible for deciding what information to enter, who may receive completed records and how those records are stored in their own systems. MVL does not provide case-management storage through the publication itself.
Editions and updates
A one-off purchase supplies the edition described at the time of purchase. Future updates, new editions or new publications are not automatically included unless the offer expressly states that they are.
Prices and tax
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless the store clearly shows another currency. GST and other applicable tax presentation are handled through the configured checkout according to the store settings and applicable requirements.
Payment and fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled after successful payment or other approved transaction status. Digital delivery may be provided by Shopify or a connected delivery service. Customers should keep their order confirmation for support purposes.
Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in MVL publications remain with Martijn van Lith or the identified rights holder. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of copyright, trademarks or underlying intellectual property.
Refunds and legal rights
The separate Refund & Remedies Policy applies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
