The MVL Knowledge Library is a digital-first store.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise:

• no physical product is shipped;
• there is no postage or physical delivery charge;
• digital products are delivered electronically after successful checkout;
• delivery may be by download link, order page, email or another clearly described digital-access method.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and using a device/software capable of opening the stated file format.
